The full terms and conditions for the first Win The Waves draw will be published on this page before entries open on 1 August 2026, once they have completed independent legal review.

They will set out, in readable English:

• How to enter — online, and completely free by post with the same chance of winning as any paid entry
• Eligibility (18+, and the list of excluded territories)
• The prize, the Sailing Mastery Package, and the cash alternative
• How the draw is conducted and independently verified
• The guaranteed minimum charity donation for the draw
• Published odds and entry numbers
• Player-protection measures, spending caps and self-exclusion
